Discover what’s on the menu for owls! As part of Animal Education Month, SPARK invites young scientists to explore the fascinating world of food chains through an owl pellet dissection activity. Thanks to our friends at Oxbow Park and Zollman Zoo, children will have the chance to carefully break apart real owl pellets to uncover the tiny bones inside—and learn what that tells us about an owl’s diet and habitat.
