By completing and submitting the reservation form, you are requesting a date for your party. SPARK staff will contact you after reviewing your form. Your party will be officially booked after SPARK has accepted and processed payment. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made 14 days in advance to receive a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days will not receive a refund. Parties may be rescheduled within 4 weeks of your original date, depending on availability.

Serving utensils and knives are not provided.

Party must be paid in full at time of booking.
ALL visitors are expected to treat SPARK’s exhibits, props, and other guests with respect. Any disrespect and/or unsafe behavior may result in a visitor being asked to leave the museum.
You must provide 1 adult for every 5 children in your group. SPARK does not provide supervision for your party. You are required to have enough adults attending if children are being dropped off.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the museum.
Memberships do not apply toward guest admission for a birthday party. Every attendee is included in the guest count.
Party hosts may arrive 15 minutes prior to party check in unless otherwise arranged.
All food must be consumed in the party room. Food may be delivered to SPARK but outside vendors are not allowed in the museum.
Full terms and conditions can be found on your reservation agreement. By making full payment for your party reservation you accept and agree to all terms and conditions.
